Cooking spray
1/3 cup chopped green onions (about 2 onions)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash of salt
1 garlic clove, minced
3 cups gourmet salad greens
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese with basil and tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350°.

. Unroll dough; cut into 4 equal portions. Press each portion of dough into a 6 x 8-inch rectangle on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. . Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add greens, tossing to coat. Place crusts on individual serving plates; top evenly with salad. Sprinkle evenly with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
