  • 2 1/2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/3 cup refrigerated presliced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 (6-ounce) focaccia bread, cut in half horizontally


  1. 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well to coat.
  2. 2. Arrange salad on bottom half of loaf. Replace top half of loaf; cut crosswise into 4 equal portions.
