Very quick and easy. Fresh sage from the garden makes this an ideal autumn meal. It's a little on the sweet side. I chose to use less cider and more broth the second time around. Much better. I also used arrowroot to thicken instead of corn starch.

This has become a stand by in our house! I use frozen apple juice instead of cider because I always have it on hand.
