Sage Butter Sauce
This recipe goes with Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Butter Sauce
Yield: 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, cut into thin strips
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until golden. Stir in sage, and cook 15 seconds. (Do not brown.) Remove from heat.
