Sage Butter Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, cut into thin strips

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until golden. Stir in sage, and cook 15 seconds. (Do not brown.) Remove from heat.
