1 1/2 cups
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5-oz.) package Saga or other favorite blue cheese, rind trimmed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Beat cream cheese and blue cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in walnuts, lemon juice, and pepper. Serve with crackers or celery sticks. Store in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving.
