2 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon saffron threads, crushed
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated fat-free milk
How to Make It
Combine 2 tablespoons water and saffron in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 20 seconds.
Combine saffron mixture and remaining ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze 8 hours or overnight. Let soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
