- 3 cup(s) Refrigerated new potato wedges (such as Simply Potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- Place potato wedges in a medium saucepan. Cover with water, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes. Mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
