- 3 tablespoon(s) Butter
- 3 pound(s) Cubed, boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 tablespoon(s) Rustic Herb Seasoning
- 2 pound(s) Small red potatoes Unpeeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 12 ounce(s) green beans
- Heat butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet with a cover. Add chicken and Rustic Herb Seasoning; sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 or until potatoes are almost tender. Add green beans; cook, covered, an additional 10 minutes or until beans are crisp - tender.
