- 1 cup(s) butter
- 4 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2-1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3/4 cup(s) finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
- Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients, then vanilla and nuts. Shape into balls the size of a quarter and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325degrees for 14 to 17 minutes. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar, roll again when cooled off.
