- 6 chicken livers cut in half
- 1 can(s) water chesnuts sliced
- 6 bacon strips cut in half
- Heat oven to400 degrees,. With chicken livers cut in half and water chesnuts sliced, take one chicken liver and one water chestnut and wrap the half a bacon strip around it. Fasten with toothpick and place on cookie sheet. Repeat, when all are done back 2o minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Turn occassionally for even browning. Serve immediately.
