Rum Balls

3 C Nabisco wafers finely ground

1 C finely ground pecans

1 C powdered sugar + more for rolling

3 TBLS light corn syrup

1 1/2 TBLS cocoa

1/2 C rum (or bourbon)

Place all ingredients in a qt. size zip lock bag and mix together thoroughly & shape into walnut size balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes 2 1/2 - 3 doz. balls. Refrigerate.
