Community Recipe from
- Rum Balls
- 3 C Nabisco wafers finely ground
- 1 C finely ground pecans
- 1 C powdered sugar + more for rolling
- 3 TBLS light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 TBLS cocoa
- 1/2 C rum (or bourbon)
- Place all ingredients in a qt. size zip lock bag and mix together thoroughly & shape into walnut size balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes 2 1/2 - 3 doz. balls. Refrigerate.
