    5+ stars!! Highly recommended - a word of warning though: I used barely 1T of the hab. sauce and it was too hot to add the full 1/4 cup on top of my fish. Awesome flavors, though, in all three of the recipes. I used mahi and even my picky boys liked the fish -sans the sauce. Excellent, we'll definitely be having this again!! Not bad time-wise either.
