1 1/4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup chopped peeled fresh beets
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 large lime)
3 tablespoons honey
Unpeeled pineapple wedges (optional)
