  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tlbs flour (heaping)
  • 1 Tlbs butter
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Pie Crust


  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Spread Rubarb in pie shell. Mix up the sugar, flour, egg, cinnamon and butter. Spread on the top of chopped Rubarb.

  3. Bake 40 minutes or until done.
