Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tlbs flour (heaping)
- 1 Tlbs butter
- 1 egg
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Pie Crust
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Spread Rubarb in pie shell. Mix up the sugar, flour, egg, cinnamon and butter. Spread on the top of chopped Rubarb.
- Bake 40 minutes or until done.
