- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 cup finely sliced celery
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 8 potato buns or soft hamburger buns
- 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Chipotle Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese
- 8 lettuce leaves
How to Make It
Combine chicken, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, celery and carrots in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Spoon chicken salad onto rolls, then top with cheese and lettuce.
NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
