    We made this last night and my kids weren't too into it but my hubby and I LOVE it. Very light and good for a summer dinner. Simple and so easy to make..defiantly on the keepers list!

    This is one of our standby recipes. I use low fat feta instead of goat cheese and -- if I have time -- I marinade the chicken in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The leftovers never last long in the fridge!

    I made this over the weekend and it was so good. Everyone asked for the recipe. The only thing i changed was the cheese, i used feta instead of goat cheese.. Yum

    My husband & I love this. It's one of my favorites. Our kids don't care for it though. So easy to make & all the ingredients taste so good together.
