Rosy Strawberry Sorbet

This is a beautiful and refreshing dessert. I am not completely sold on the addition of rosewater, but the texture and flavor of the sorbet was great.

This was THE perfect thing to make for my health-conscious sister's surprise birthday party on a summery day. Strawberry + rose truly is a match made in heaven! (I added an additional few teaspoons rosewater because it was so delicious.) She loved it, and so do I. Will make again.
