  • Yield: 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup no-salt-added tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Cover and chill. Serve with salad greens.
