- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1/3 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 extra large egg
- powdered sugar
- Combine all ingredients except oil and powdered sugar in mixing bowl. Let stand 20 minutes stir. Heat oil 375º in 10 inch skillet. Dip rosette irons in batter then in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on towel, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
