The Southern citrus burst of homemade Satsuma-Cello liqueur delivers a festive twist to the classic julelp cocktail, resulting in Rosemary-Satsuma Julep.
Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 cup Satsuma-Cello
- 2 cups ice
- 2 cups club soda
- Muddle fresh rosemary leaves with Satsuma-Cello. Let stand 5 minutes. Strain into a pitcher. Stir in ice and club soda.
