Rosemary-Maple Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Kosher salt to taste


  1. Cook syrup, butter, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat, whisking often, 2 minutes or until butter is  melted. Season with salt to taste.
