Rosemary-Maple Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, coarsely chopped
- Kosher salt to taste
- Cook syrup, butter, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat, whisking often, 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Season with salt to taste.
