Rosemary-Maple Butter Sauce

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, coarsely chopped
Kosher salt to taste


Cook syrup, butter, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat, whisking often, 2 minutes or until butter is  melted. Season with salt to taste.
