Rosemary Lamb Chops with Lemon Sauce

    I made this last month and it is very easy and very flavorful. In fact, I had extra lemon sauce and used it on other things like Salmon. My husband and son loved it. Make sure your lamb chops are fresh and thick.

    I was looking for a lemon sauce for store bought rotisserie chicken for a quick meal. This was a super easy way to liven up the chicken, and I'm also going to use the remainder for fish. The sauce was yummy. I sautéed garlic and rosemary before adding the broth.

    I am not sure what I did wrong but the sauce did not seem to thicken as I would like, the lamb chops were good and nicely seasoned although I did spread a little Dijon mustard on the chops and used fresh rosemary instead of dries. I think the sauce had good flavor I guess I didn't execute it that well.
