- 3 c. water
- 6 Rosemary sprigs
- sour mix
- 2 oz cherry vodka
- Tonic water
- Boil water. Add 12 rosemary needles. Simmer 2-3 min. Strain and return to pot to cool. Pour into an ice cub tray. Fill a collins glass with rosemary-infused ice cubes. Add a splash of sour mix. Pour in vodka and top with tonic. Garnish with a cherry.
