Rosemary Baked Vegetables

    This was just amazing! My husband is not a huge veggie fan and he rated it a 9.5. I poured some olive oil directly on the garlic after the top was off to help it cook but it was still not 100% done. I just used a spoon to mash it more. Could cook it in tin foil on the side and then add. I also sprinked a bit more rosemary over the top after I mix it all together. This was just a wonderful side dish that we will do again and again.

    I've made this a few times now. I like it everytime. Good solid recipe. Everyone likes it!
