My daughter made this for our family December birthday celebration..............WOW!!!! Everyone loved it! Definitely a keeper!!! It would be fun to experiment with different toppings, like fig preserves.

WOW!! This was 'excellent'!! It was served at a co-workers Christmas party and I requested the recipe - I've made it once and shared with several friends already. It is definitely a keeper .....

This is the perfect balance of savory and sweet. I used it as the blue cheese selection with other assorted cheeses and I got SO many compliments!!!

I got a 7" springform pan from a store called Kitchen Essentials. I made the cheesecake but have not tasted it yet. It's baking as I write. Had to make my own pear preserves as could not get store bought pear preserves.

I used a 9 inch pan, making 1 1/2 of the recipe and baking longer. Sorry, I didn't time it - just cooked until it was firm. I made it with blue cheese instead of roquetfort due to the cost of roquefort .It was still wonderful and a big hit.

I had this at a party and it was delicious. However, where the heck do you get a 7" springform pan? I called three different cooking supply stores and no one has it. I can't even find one online!

Sounds great - Could you use a 9 inch pan and cook shorter time??

FYI - I got the springform pan from Amazon.

I've made this for a couple of events and it's been a rousing hit eat time (friends asking for the recipe and my 7" springform pan). I'm not so good at following directions, so it's a good thing that this is very forgiving recipe. I've forgotten the sour cream and the flour, but it was still seriously delicious nonetheless.
