Romaine Salad with Honey-Chile Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped seeded serrano chile
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup very thinly sliced radishes
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled queso fresco

How to Make It
