Rolls with Honey-Orange Butter

    I made these with the Pork Scaloppine recipe as shown in Cooking Light. I had a little bit of a hard time finding frozen dinner rolls and have absolutely no experience with frozen bread at all (I like to make my own). For a quick weeknight dinner these turned out excellent. I might even serve them to company (gasp!) I did melt the butter and mix in the orange rind and honey then I brushed the mixture on the rolls hot out of the oven. I used the rest of the orange to make a sweet orange vinaigrette and served with a mixed green salad.
