I made these with the Pork Scaloppine recipe as shown in Cooking Light. I had a little bit of a hard time finding frozen dinner rolls and have absolutely no experience with frozen bread at all (I like to make my own). For a quick weeknight dinner these turned out excellent. I might even serve them to company (gasp!) I did melt the butter and mix in the orange rind and honey then I brushed the mixture on the rolls hot out of the oven. I used the rest of the orange to make a sweet orange vinaigrette and served with a mixed green salad.
Rolls with Honey-Orange Butter

Store-bought rolls get a boost in flavor with homemade Honey-Orange Butter.
Yield: Serves 4 (serving size: 1 roll and about 1 teaspoon butter mixture)

- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 teaspoon honey

- Preheat oven to 450°. Combine butter, orange rind, and honey in a small bowl. Place frozen dinner rolls on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until heated and lightly browned. Serve rolls with butter mixture.
