Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 1% low-ft milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons grated apple
  • 1 tablespoon golden raisins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 packet 365 Everyday Value Organic Multigrain with Flax Hot Cereal
  • 1 tablespoon 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine milk, carrot, ­apple, raisins, brown sugar, and a dash each of nutmeg, ground ginger, and cinnamon. Add packet of cereal. Microwave at HIGH 45 to 60 seconds or until thick. Top with cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar.
