Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) Beef.
- 14 ounce(s) beef broth
- 14 ounce(s) chicken broth
- 2 whole(s) Onions Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Season All
- 1 can(s) Chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon(s) Texas Chile Powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) Cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Onion powder
Preparation
- Brown beef.
- Add broths, onion, tomatoes. Then bring to a boil.
- Cover then cook on low for 30 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Turn off heat and sit for 1 hour.
- Bring to rapid boil to reduce.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes.
