  • 2 pound(s) Beef.
  • 14 ounce(s) beef broth
  • 14 ounce(s) chicken broth
  • 2 whole(s) Onions Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Season All
  • 1 can(s) Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Texas Chile Powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Onion powder


  1. Brown beef.
  2. Add broths, onion, tomatoes. Then bring to a boil.
  3. Cover then cook on low for 30 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Turn off heat and sit for 1 hour.
  6. Bring to rapid boil to reduce.
  7. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
