Worthy of a Special Occasion

This was so inedible that I actually removed the bite from my mouth. Very disappointing.

Worthy of a Special Occasion

A delicious, quick and easy side dish for weeknights! Excellent for when zucchini is plentiful. You probably have all the ingredients (except the zucchini) already in your kitchen. I used fresh garlic. You might want a little less crushed red pepper, especially if serving to children.
