Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Yummy addition to the sweet potato recipes. Needed extra olive oil to coat (otherwise the brown sugar was just solid lump). Definately will make again.

These tasted delicious, but bordered on being a dessert dish. I think it calls for way too much brown sugar to the already sweet sweet potatoes into a sugary, sticky mess.

I wish people would get the thought out of their heads that sweet potatoes have to be seasoned with sugar/honey. I love sweet potato fries that are just lightly salted. A dip I make has curry. garlic, minced onion and mayo. don't know why these seasonings couldn't be added to the oil or sprinkled on when baking, minus the mayo, of course. Try it you'll like it!!
