  • Zucchini
  • Yellow squash
  • Sweet potatoes


  1. Put a little olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add cut up fresh veggies, such as bell peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, & sweet potatoes (cut potatoes smaller since they take longer to cook). Top with a little sea salt & pepper. Mix. Cook 20-30minutes until tender at 350 degrees.
