Ingredients
- 4 plums, halved
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated whole nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 450°.
- 2. Place plum halves, cut sides up, in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients. Drizzle orange juice mixture over plums. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Top with almonds.
