  • 4 plums, halved
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated whole nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. 2. Place plum halves, cut sides up, in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients. Drizzle orange juice mixture over plums. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Top with almonds.
