Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Assorted crudités

Preparation

  1. Puree first 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with crudités.
