Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dressing

- 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pulse ingredients in a blender 5 to 6 times or until smooth.
