- 2 cup(s) pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wash seeds will in a colander to remove any bits of stringy orange pulp. Toss seeds with oil and salt and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for about 1 1/4 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until seeds are crisp. Sprinkle with soy sauce ( if you wish) when they come out of the oven.
