Roasted Potatoes With Thyme and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz package potato wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients, except garlic and thyme, on a baking sheet.

2. Broil 12 min., stirring after 6 min.

3. Stir in garlic. Broil 2 min. or until potatoes are tender.

4. Remove from oven; sprinkle with thyme.
