1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
How to Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients on a baking sheet; toss to coat. Broil 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Stir in garlic; broil 2 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven; sprinkle with thyme.
