    @dxlprtomk - The directions do say to cook the sauce for a total of 10 minutes. - This tenderloin is excellent. Moist, tender and worthy to serve to guests.

    I thought it turned out great, it was very tender. I marinated it for about 2 hours and it was so good that I served it without the sauce!

    I have made this several times now and the whole family loves it. Since I usually don't plan well enough to have fresh limes, I just use refrigerated concentrate - everything else is a pantry staple. I serve this on a bed of polenta and it is great with the chili sauce.
