This recipe is going into my box in my kitchen. Superb & easy to make. I used the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce & all the flavors complimented each other nicely. Thank you so much for a great treatment for pork tenderloin.

The pork and sauce were a wonderful combination: the flavors of the rub and sauce really complemented each other. The meal was easy to put together, although the pork took longer than the time suggested (and I used plum preserves). I served it with roasted cauliflower (CL 11/02)and roasted broccoli and a harvest grains mix. Very impressive, and delicious!

The pork itself was delicious, the cranberry sauce is OK, nothing special. There is one problem with the recipe; it says to bake it 12 min. That was not enough time, after 30 min. it was jus barely at the desired temp. Keep checking

Love this easy, yet impressive dish! I've made it several times, and everyone who's tried it loves it (more importantly, I love it)!

The tenderloin was delicious, lots of flavor. Liked the cranberries but didn't cook the 8 minutes as there wasn't much sauce left. A definite repeat.

Just tried this a couple of weeks ago, and have to say it was outstanding! Simple and quick, but would be very nice a for company dinner (according to my hubby). I used 100% Cranberry Juice instead of cranberry cocktail.

It's a favorite. Made it three time this past year, once for company with rave reviews.

Delicious! Mine was cooked after about 15 minutes in the oven. I used 3/4 c homemade cranberry sauce and 1/4 c dried cranberries & 1 C chicken broth. This is a keeper!
