Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over pork tenderloin. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add pork to pan; cook 3 minutes, browning on all sides. Bake pork at 400° for 22 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting across grain into thin slices. Serve with desired salsa or chutney.
