Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) molasses
- 1 tablespoon(s) ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 6 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1 4-5 pound(s) boneless pork loin
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Remove pork loin halves from elastic net. (There should be 2 pieces.) Trim excess fat from pork. Place pork in shallow dish or heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; pour soy sauce mixture over pork, turning to coat. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove pork loin from marinade, reserving marinade. Place pork loin halves together, and secure with string. Place in a greased roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until meat theermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 160 degrees, brushing with remaining marinade during first hour of cooking.
