How to Make It

To make roasted peppers, cut peppers in half lengthwise, discarding seeds and membranes. Place pepper halves, skin sides up, on an aluminum foil–lined baking sheet. Broil 10 minutes or until blackened and charred. Place peppers in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap; let stand 15 minutes. Peel and discard skins; slice peppers into strips, if desired.
