Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing
  • 1 (5.2-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained

Preparation

Process dressing and roasted peppers in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing.
