Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette couldn't be easier with only 2 ingredients.
This recipe goes with Stuffed Focaccia With Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette
Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing
- 1 (5.2-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
- Process dressing and roasted peppers in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Note: For testing purposes only, we used Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing.
