Roasted Peaches

Yield:

4 servings (serving size: 2/3 cup peaches and 1/2 cup yogurt)

Ingredients

3 cups fresh sliced peeled peaches
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
vanilla frozen yogurt

Preparation

Toss 3 cups fresh sliced peeled peaches with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Place in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; bake at 475° for 10 minutes or until tender. Serve over vanilla frozen yogurt.
